Deposits are collected through a Venmo, Zelle or over the phone card transaction, after a submission form is collected. Deposits are non refundable, only transferable (2 times) to another date if you need to reschedule. Deposits will be forfeited if a 3rd reschedule is requested. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license to receive a tattoo without parental consent. 16-17 year olds must have a state issued i.d card. Their parental guardian must also be present and will be required to co-sign on their behalf. Must be 25 and over to book our tattoo+BnB 2 night stay.
